I had initiated a return request for my product with order id #9936 on 28.06.2022, the product was picked up by an Amazon delivery agent, however upon checking the refund, the status still shows that the product is yet to be picked up even after one month. I have complained multiple times to Amazon customer service but every time I am told to wait for 3-5 days and this is happening since the 1st of July 2022. I am yet to receive my refund of Rs. 719.
