I recently order the 2020 5k 27 inch imac from AMAZON INDIA with the emi option having down payment. the down payment was charged to my credit card despite the order was not successful. The emi was not created in my credit card but the down payment charged has not yet been refund till now. i called the customer care number but the say there is no detail regarding the orders and no option to speak to the customer care.
