Iam kruthi , Being one of the regular customers of flipkart ,I purchased a kopter luxury 8″ × 5″ glass shower from flipkart on dated 27 November 2021,which was delivered to me on 5th December 2021, and due to some unsatisfactory reasons I requested for replacement and it was accepted ,and I received pickup and replacement product on 15th December 2021. And I didn’t even like replacement product quality and I requested for refund and return approved on dated 15 December 2021 ,pickup of product was also done on 16th December 2021 .
Even after the pickup I haven’t got refund until today dated 2nd January 2022.
I took this issue to flipkart excicutive and customer care they asked to send bank statements and promised to resolve this issue with in 29th December 2021, but today is 2nd January 2022 my issue is not yet resolved nor I received my money.everytime I call them they say we are still working on it.
On 10:24 pm ,29 December 2021 ,the status of refund was updated as if completed.(even though I haven’t received money and until that time it was still in refund accepted status ).and there is no reference number updated, So I kindly request you to take an action towards this.. hoping you will help in getting my refund amount ..
Note : on 27 November 2021 ,I ordered 3 kopter luxury 8″×12″ glass shower worth 5286rs and applied for replacement of 3 kopter luxury shower and I didn’t like replacement shower so returned all 3 shower whoes order I’d is
