I have booked the flight tickets with reference numbers
REF991239303 booked on July 15th 2021

REF271806321 booked on July 24th 2021.

But the tickets got cancelled saying PNR not generated. And when I called the customer care they said I would get the refund within 10 working days.
Till today I didn’t receive my refund.
Please help me in this issue
