Its been more than a month when the product reached to the seller but Amazon not refunding my money. Whenever I call them they gave some excuse and ask me to wait as they cant do anything they are escalating the issue to their lead. Put calls on hold and sometime just ran away after putting call on hold. Its 4 6 time i tried but till now they neither initiated my refund not they are telling me how much time it will take. So much harrasent they are doing.
