We have placed an order of refrigerator on november 13,
Then, because of location issue the order was cancelled.
Since from a month we are waiting for our refund but we hadn’t received our payment. We tried to contact the zefo team members, we were being told that your refund has been initiated. We went bank but there was not any mentioned about money transfer in account. We sent PDF format too, but then also we are waiting for our payment. Till when we should wait, we are trying to call the team member they aren’t receiving our calls and responding too.
After tuesday we will again place a complaint to Grahak Takrar Manch .
Please give satisfactory solution for this!
