This is clearly a fraudulent company. They loot all your money and waste months of your time which is more precious than money. And the mental torture that comes with dealing with their customer care is in addition.
I registered for shiprocket thinking that It might be a good service. Now I regret it. I ordered my first pickup and nobody came for pickup. I even reassigned it with other conpany. I raised complaint tickets several times and shiprocket don’t respond to any tickets, nor do they update me. When I call them they say wait for 2 days and still they don’t provide any resolution. It went on for a week and finally I shipped with some other local company.
Fed up of shiprocket I decided to discontinue it’s use, so I had Rs 500 in my account. Now, it’s been an another week and you guys are not giving my money back. Your customer care just keep saying raise another ticket and wait for 2 days.
This is fraud and just a way to irritate the customer so we don’t waste time asking for money. This is clearly fraudulent and the worst service.
Kindly proceed with my refund as soon as possible.
