I ordered two diyas ,one single piece of 14 inches and one single piece 11 inches as two separate orders but received both in one package. But I requested for return the very next day as the size was small. Deliver boy came to pick the return and I returned both items in the same package in which I had received. But when I checked my account later, there was refund of only one diya and the other was showing pick up cancelled. This all happened because of mistake by the delivery boy as he was the one who canceled pick up. When we contacted him, he told that the document he had received for return pick was showing photo four diyas. so as he received only two diyas from us, he canceled one return. We have talked to Amazon customer care service more than 10 times and they have registered complaint also . but everything they say we will update in 5 working days. but no update is given. it’s almost one and half month now. and we are still struggling. it’s not a matter of money but a matter of trust for us. we have talked to seller also and he is saying that they are helpless in this. we have the invoice of bill as well as return pick.
