I placed an order for a saree on 21st October 2020 and the order number 406 5025 5428 815312 worth Rs. 499 . I returned the saree on 22nd of October but no refund has been made till date despite of repeated reminders.
I registered a complaint with your customer care team and the travel ticket was raised and the issue was resolved. The item has been received at Amazon facility centre. Despite of all these unnecessary harassment they yet not released the refund. I have no idea that why are they harassing me unnecessarily.
Therefore , this is my request to you to pay attention to the matter and help me to get the refund at the earliest.
again I suggested to take some necessary action against this careless service of Amazon so that they stop any for creating any further inconvenience the customers.
