I ordered food from the Paytm app on ONDC, but my food was not delivered. The food owner contacted me. He is saying that your order is ready, but your delivery partner is not picking up my call. You should complain to the rider. I said to wait for some more time; maybe he will pick up the call. After that, I kept waiting because I also had no option. After this, I checked the Paytm app, and the app is showing that your order has been cancelled due to the wrong address. And you will not get any amount refunded. What is my fault in this? The address is absolutely correct; he did not send the order to me, so why should my money not be refunded? The mistake is on their side. I want my money back; it is not my fault.
