I have ordered a combo pack i.e a set of 4 items worth 2429/- It’s all made up of cast iron. As my mode of payment was COD that’s why I request the company to refund my money as I didn’t like the product at all. As it was totally different from the picture shown but the company didn’t refund my money after I returned their product . The company also make shipping charges of 600/- to be deducted from the total amount. I agreed to that but they still not refunding my remaining money though I have returned their product. It’s been around 4 months but they are not responding my mail nor my messages.
