I purchased surya crystal gas stove order id- 24658620202 but after that i canceled that and purchced another one ( bright flame) the delivery man came to me and deliver the surya crytal buy mistake i sign on accepting the surya gas stove after accepting that i saw that this is old surya stove and i given the surya gas stove to that delivery person but still the product is not cancelled and refund not came in my account.i complain by mail to snap deal but they are saying that product not received to them and saying that i am not intrested to return it around 2 months is gone but they are still not accepting that they recieve the product i talk with fedex corrier the send me the return transaction id and i am attaching the screen shot of that.please help me my ph no is 9335338998. Snap deal closed my issue and they dont have any customer care agent where we talk only option is through mail we revert them
