I ordered a lehenga from an Instagram account @lehenga_bazaar they gauranteed that the product will be same as the picture but the product was horrible…it was worthless. They asked for an online payment of ₹2500 so i did it.
Now i am asking for refund and now they told me that they don’t refund amount
plus if I want to exchange then I have to return the product through DTDC and pay by myself and i have to pay for exchanged products delivery too .

I don’t trust these fraudulent anymore all I want is my money back . They cheated .I have attached 2 pictures to show that what they promised amd what they delivered.
