Text of Complaint by MAHESH:

I have ordered 4 sets of sunglasses (each set contains 5 pieces) which costed me 1000 INR, but i received only 1 set so I KEPT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST WHERE I RECEIVED ONLY ONE COOLING GLASS WHICH IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT . And I requested for full refund of 1000 INR , but they processed only 250 INR. first they said , it is there mistake and process the full refund. but now they are arguing that, i have not raised a complaint before so ill not get any refund.
