I have ordered OnePlus earbud , received defective product from amazon ,so placed a return request. After 3 unsuccessful attempt, my order was picked up on 24th August and they told me that i will receive my refund within 2-3 days. Later they have made fake promises, please refer attachment. For the same thing, I have to call for more than 15 days. They have lied to me more than thrice. Please take appropriate actions on them.
