Text of Complaint by Anjali Chaudhary:

I have ordered premium suit (
Ganga Fashions Ganga Fashions Fog Beige Woven Kurta Suit with Embroidery & Hand Work Detailing) which cost is 4385/-. I had received wrong products (2 fabrics one is pink other one is yellow) which seems like picked up from the footpath. I didn’t expect these kind of services from Nyka fashion. Such a rode-side fabric I had received. It’s such a hopeless experience for me. I have shared the images same day when I had received that parcel but I haven’t received any positive response from your side.
I have called and wrote so many times to Nykaa fashion but everyone is denying me. That’s why I am writing here because since 11th March, I am continuously writing and calling but not getting any positive response. They are saying again and again that they can’t do anything regarding in this matter. This is completely ridiculous behaviour I am facing, it’s wasting my time and mental torture so much.
