Dear sir
I have recharged a number from my mobile with the help of airtel thanks app but It unsuccessful and not sent any kind of message to me instead the message sent to recharged number, it says amount will refund within 7-10 days, immediately I contacted airtel customer care they also replied same…
The problem is the person asked me to give my amount back, the amount deducted my account but not refunded. So how can I give him… Please tell them to refund….
And also I am facing internet problem since 1 month, I am unable to use internet and also port from this sim… It is trouble to me work…
