This bus ticket (PNR-121246367)was booked for 6th April 2021 from Udaipur to Mumbai online for my friend on Paytm Travel but the bus conductor didn’t allow him to enter the bus he asked for a covid -ve report but at the timing of a booking, there was no such terms & conditions also when we called the customer care at the same day so they said if the bus conductor is not allowing you so you will get a refund.
Now Paytm is not refunding the money as well as not responding to emails and calls
