We place an order of amount 41990 which was HP laptop. We got delivery on 30th June 2021. Due to defective product we requested for replacement. Amazon sent replacement then delivery agent didn’t give the replaced product and it was cancelled by agent.

Now situation is since 4th of July Amazon India is keep on postponing to pickup the defective product and not returning my money which is 41990.
