Text of Complaint by Sudip Das:

I,Sudip Das with 3 other planned vacation at Pondicherry.Before reserving ticket I had called hotel manager regarding location,he said it is vey near to pondicherry main bus stand and 10 mins walking distance from main bus stand.Then I booked room from Goibibo at Ganesh Residency Pondichery.After reaching I called Hotel for location and how to reach there,they said that we have to come backward 9-10 kms before to reach hotel.I immediately contacted Goibibo and lodged complaint against the hotel asked for refund of money.We have not checked in the hotel but Goibibo sent me invoice of hotel stay.I want to complain agaunst boyh Goibibo app and Hotel Ganesh Residency,Pondicherry for misleading us and returning my money as I have not checked in the hotel.Booking ID: HTLYSUKZSM
