I have purchased an Air conditioner along with a protection plan coating INR 36899 and cancelled the same as the delivery date was not convinient. They have refunded the partial amount but amount for protection plan INR 2399 is not yet refunded. I have complained multiple times no one is helping at all . Executives from call and chat department discinnecte chats and xalls without my permission, no one is helping there. They are just delaying the case . I got a call from Flipkart today a lady told that she can refund the amount to flipkart wallet but cannot refund it to my source account she also told that she cannot gurantee when it will be credited If I want my money back to my source account. They can do it in flipkart wallet which is indirectly forcing me to purchase product from flipkart with that amount which I dont want. No one is helping me in flipkart. I need a compensation as well now. Kindly help.
