I am continuously getting messages from courier partner from the last 6days that they are coming and will pick up all the returned product but still they did not come but at the end the courier partner uploads the message online that pick up unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances, I do not know what is happening when all the flipkart courier partner is coming in my area and delivering the product then why they are not coming and pick up the product. Neither they called me nor mentioned the reason about not coming. I called Flipkart customer care thrice, first I had a word with Yogesh on 7th Apr and he said that he will raise the complaint and I will get the call back but nothing happened then I had a word with Zoya on 9th Apr, she was also unable to help me , only said the same thing forwarding the complaint then today I had a word with Mohd Yusuf, he was also said the same thing. I do not know what is happening in the flipkart. Within a week I ordered lots of product from Flipkart but still they are doing like this, it is very shameful. I am very disappointed from Flipkart now and hence I need to switch to other company. I want my refund at any cost whether you take the returned product back or not, whether courier comes or not, I am not damn responsible. Request you to take my complaint on priority and do the needful.
