I purchased a laptop on October 5 th and found the product defective and apply for return and refund and they said they will come on Oct 17 for technician visit but they didn’t come and they said wait until Oct 28 but they don’t come . And asked me to wait until 2 nd November .But they don’t come. So I filed ba grievance in consumer court, with grievance no:3984470. And the company remark was they will pickup the product on 21 st November and refund the money in two business days. But still there is no update from their side. When we contact them they are not giving proper response and saying wait for 24- 48 hours. I am in a great trouble now. Please take immediate and necessary action against. And also please consider my emotional and financial damage.
