About end of May I bought Prime membership at Amazon and Redeemed an giftcard worth 4000 and spended about 700-800 rupees but due to some reason my account was gone on hold so I called the helpline number as well as contacted amazon via emails they said that they will reach me within 24 to 48 working hours but they didn’t contacted me and closed my account without any warnings and now saying that my membership cannot be activated again and get cards cannot be refunded. In all this case I haven’t done anything please help me recover my money.
