I have ordered for a gym bench from Amazon company on 24th October 2018. No Cash on delivery was available for the item. I’ve paid 2199 Rs used net banking. They failed to deliver the item on the delivery date and extended to one more week, but I didn’t get. I’ve contacted to the customer service to refund the money. As per their instruction I’ve filed A to Z claim against the seller and waited for the refund. But haven’t get any response from them. After few days I’ve contacted them to know the current status of refund. They told me that I’ve cancelled the claim by myself. They failed it again and ask me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours they repeated the same that the claim cancelled by me. I was really shocked. I informed them that it’s not happening from my side. They filed it and ask me to wait 24 hours. But nothing happened. More than two has been over. Still they are repeating the same. But finally they accepted that the claim was not cancelled by me. It was their technical issue. But still they are not willing to refund the amount. They are delaying over and over again. Please investigate this issue and kindly take immediate action against them to cheating customers and giving false informations through customer service.
