Respected sir/madem
I have ordered my food on zomato and due to techinical problem in my mobile network my ph could not connect when delivery boy called me. And my order declined and a msg shownn to me on the zomato app that “you will not get refund as the shop keeper prepared your food”. Now company said that we have policy we will wait for 25 min. Then we declined order. I talked to customer care and explained everything. They told me we will not refund you and they did not delivery my food and denied to give my ordered money back. I urged that uou have to give my food what ever the condition is but u have to. Either u give money or you deliver my food but hey totally denied. I have raised that issue on twitter with zomato. But they didn’t hive attention kindly help me sir .
