Dear sir,
On 01/10/2023 i had taken admission for my child for coding classes though kishan chauhan who came to my house as a child consultant from whitehat jr. After 4 classes informed to class teacher, and your whitehat jr represent through phone call as well as through email i would like to exist from classes and requested for refund, Whitehat jr represent said upto 13/11/2023 any time i can apply for refund and one month fee i have to pay i agreed for the same. on 01/11/2023 an amount of 5371 INR debited from account and 04/12/2023 (5371 INR) and 03/01/2024 (5371 INR), Feb24 also amount debited. When my kid is not attending the classes and website login also terminated by whitehat jr than why amount is debiting from my account and after so many emails sent i didnt even get any refund process email. Please do the needful.
