They never delivered my goods and are showing delivered. They delayed my order several number of times and showed after seven days that the order has been delivered. But it has not been delivered and it has been a month now. Even after complaining several number of times, no steps have been taken. I used all available means to contact the company in order to resolve my issue but nothing has worked. They don’t even give a favourable response in e-mails, customercare and whatsapp. They have a pathetic customer care service and hoping to gain the indian market. These all thoughts look vague with this type of response from the company. I would suggest others not to buy from jio mart ever. They don’t deliver goods nor want to refund my amount. They are a fraud- taking everyone’s money to run the company. There is no platform to get the rehedresal, that is the most saddening part in a democratic country like India.

JIO MART is a FRAUD.
