Its been almost 2 months now that i am waiting for cash back. Last time also i had filed a case on 6/7/23 and one card had called me and asked to wait for 3-4 days its 13 days now no response. I had paid ₹2000 to open a account 2 moths back but neither they opened a acc nor they are giving cash back . Even the customer care is not contacting. I feel i am robbed. One card must get banned .

As per our telephonic conversation, the FD amount is refunded to your SBI bank account within 5 to 7 bank working days as there were discrepancies in the process of creation of your FD.
