My name is Shaik Yaseen Shareef, I had booked a flight ticket from Imphal to bangalore with PNR YME39, journey date 28 May, 2022. Due to heavy rains, my official program was cancelled and I tried to prepone my flight journey,but in vain. I had no option other than cancelling my flight ticket on 25-05-2022 at air port through customer care support. At that time airindia customer care person informed me that my ticket cancellation charges would be Rs. 3500+GST and remaining amount will be refunded to my account.
Regret to inform that so far, I have not received a penny from the airindia.
When I called customer care today i.e. 27-07-2022, I was informed that, my ticket cancellation fee is Rs. 12000 change, it is very unfair. wherein my flight ticket total amount was Rs. 13, 236/-
how can it be possible. Please refund my amount as per cancellation fee when they said Rs. 3500+GST. I am attaching my ticket.
