on 17 march at 8:32 pm i was paid my postpaid bill of airtel no. 6230087990 from paytm no. 9816712999 through debit card but bill payment get failed and paytm gave message Airtel has declined your order. we have initiated a refund for your payment . At 10:03 pm i got a msg your Rs 600 has been refunded to HDFC debit card 6521*******7081. but still i have not refunded my balance and bill was not payed. plz kindly refund my balance my paytm no. is 9816712999
