Text of Complaint by Ritesh Sannu:

In June 2020, I took an Airtel internet connection in Bangalore and while taking the connection the person told me that you have to take a 3-month plan only there is no other option, so I took it as I have urgent work and needs wifi connection. so while taking that connection in I asked the person that if I go home in between will the company will charge my internet connection, he replied, no, only the used data amount will be charged and rest of the amount will be refunded to your bank account. So I took the plan and paid him Rs. 2500 for 3 months. But at that time Lockdown was there so I came back to my hometown Bihar by flight and after someday, I drop a mail to the company to stop my service and refund my money. I hardly used 10 days internet and afterwards, I came back but they are not refunding my money. I also tried to talk to them over call, email and even in Twitter messages but they just call me up and asked about the problem and no solution is given till now. now they are saying that I will be charged for all the 3 months and in a Twitter message, they asked my bank details to refund my money nut they haven’t done till now and they are not responding now. Please help me out with it and according to the used internet hardly it will cost Rs. 200-300 rest of the amount should be refunded approximately Rs 2200.
