On 25th September 2022 I had ordered food from swiggy at approx 10.45pm but unfortunately due to no one was there to deliver food so the delivery was cancelled. And today it’s 4th October 2022 still my amount is not refunded. And RBI policy says money should refunded in 5-7 working days.
