I booked 2 seat on 26 july but mistakely booked for 26 august instead for 27 july from new delhi to patna. To my surprise when i cancelled i was only informed that o will be refunded only 1175. My ticket amount was 9486. I wanted to know that why my fare was not fully refunded.
