As per Hello Travel shortlisted empaneled agent, Mr Ashwini Kumar(Skylight Holidays) has contacted me and discussed the package to Baku. He has given commitment to provide me with the best package and finalised the package at 123K for 2 persons. For the same he has taken 10K on 29.07.2023 and 5K on 31.07.2023 as an advance and but he has failed to provide/arrange me with the tour and not responding properly about return of money and not picking my call. Really, I presume he is a fraud tour operator, which Hello Travel have empaneled. I have vigorously follow-up with hello Travel and the Fraud Agent, but not geeing my money back till date.. Hence, requesting your support to get my money back at the earliest.
