I was adding Rs 5000 in my paytm account on 26/9/2018 through my dena bank debit card but after submitting the otp the app become blank and Rs5000 was bedited from my dena bank account but there was no order Id and transaction Id in paytm app and also money was not added in my paytm wallet I logded complaint about it through customer care they give me complaint rferenref no after that I got mail which told me to mail the details of transaction and bank statements and debit card no
After that after few days when I call them they highlighted the complaint and agin have another reference no and agin demand for the transaction detail , debitcard no and bank statements so again I mailed them
But every when I call them they say that our time is working on it but 26/9 to 16/10 there is no refund of my one so how many time they keep me waiting
