Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you that I had recharged ₹4000/- four thousand only] in my Bigship wallet on 29.06.24]. But, the main thing is that the amount will not be able to be transferred to your bank account and it will not be able to be used for any transaction.
I contacted Bigship customer service several times, but I did not get any satisfactory answer or solution. My recharge details are as follows: Recharge Date: 29.06.2024] Amount: ₹[4000/-]. Please help me in this matter and help me transfer the amount from my Bigship wallet to my bank account. At this time, I am also adding my transaction details and previous contact details.
