Dear Sir/Madam,
My wife has purchased one order in Amazon with order id 406-4355473-5973115 on 09-09-2021 of Rs 3398/- with my credit card but on very next day it was return on next day. My wife and myself had requested by mail to all the higher authority to refund in back my credit card. They all are making fool that email id is not registered but email id is already registered. The customer care has told that the fund is lying in amazon id but why. customer his money to my account. They all are making fool. Now my money should be returned in my account with interest from 10-09-2021 to till now as per banking policy. This is bad experience where higher authority is not listening.
Kindly take the action against them company and arrange to do return my fund urgently
