I transferred my ajio wallet amount to my bank account because account no. Incorrect I did not receive any amount in my bank but because ajio transferred money through neft, transaction show successful and they give me utr to check in bank when I check in bank they say because your ifsc code is correct but account no. Is incorrect, we returned that amount to the source account on January 28th, and it has been more than 20 days and I still have not received my money bac ki ajio cheated their customer, took my money, and has yet to refund me. My complaint was not addressed by an Ajio executive. I want my money back or I will file a lawsuit against Ajio and Reliance Retail. They just mentally harassing me.
