He demand 2100 rupee for the job process I given him after that vipin gupta called me he demand 12699 rupees his said it’s amount is refundable amount i will be amount refund after 5 min I given him after that he demand a government charges process 17120 rupee I given him just now again he demanding , now he said it’s amount not refund without 4th trasaction now what to do?? I need my money back please??help me
