To whom this may concern , I recently ordered from a company that sell return Amazon skids, company is called Reverse Shop, I end up paying 76$ for what I was supposed to get skids of items and not just two items which I’ll be attaching the pics and invoice to this email, when I contacted the company they replied bck with only a 30 percent refund which will only be about 23$, and not the rest of my items , I refused the refund for its not my mistake there computer didn’t send out my items , not sure if there part of your warehouse but I’m disappointed, insulted on my first time experience and would like some answers if you could help me out on a better refund or the rest of my items , thank you in advance and hope I’m able to get some type of answers to why it feels like I got scammed in paying more for only two items instead of a return skids x2 I have other pics of invoice and items I received but only letting me send one pic
