MY NAME IS SURAJ SHARMA. I AM USING VODAFONE SIM CARD FROM LAST FEW YEARS. NOW ITS GIVING VERY BAD SERVICE FOR INTERNET IN MY AREA HANCE I WANT TO PORT OUT FROM VODAFONE TO OTHER NETWORK.
WHEN I SEND PORT MESSAGE FOLLOWING MY NUMBER TO VODAPHONE IT DIDNT SEND . I HAVE TRIED ALL THE METHODS DONE RECHARGE USED DIFFRENT MOBILE EVEN I HAVE COMPAINED ABOUT IT TO CUSTOMER CARE FROM LAST 3 MONTHS THEY ARE GIVING ME ADVISE TRICKS THAT I HAVE TO RECHARGE AGAIN OR CHANGE MY PHONE N ALL. EVEN I HAVE TRIED VODAPHONE GALLARY AND EVEN THE CUSTOMERCARECOMPLAINTSMAIL ID . FROM LAST 3 DAYS THEY ARE GIVING ME DIFFERENT REASONS BUT I DIDNT GOT MY PUC CODE. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING. I NEVER KNEW THAT VODAFONE IS GIVING THE BADEST SERVICE FROM ALL OTHER NETWORK. I WANT MY PUC NO. FROM VODAFONE TO CONTINUE IN OTHER NETWORK.
