I have ordered a weight loss tablets from plix life an e-commerce who sell health related product
I made my order on 12 oct 2024 but till now 19 oct 2024 I have not received the product after having a chat with them through whatsapp they didnt replying and there customer care didnot recieved the call there is no tracking number recieved to me from there side I want to file a complaint against these e-commerce platform for not providing the product and also for their worst customer service
And these e-commerce sites are not listing a customer care number for customers to reach out in case of any difficulties
