I have not received Selenium Metal Pellets/Granules 99.99% (1KG) from amazon.in which was ordered on 26/09/2021 and shows delivered to my address on 02/10/2021 but I have not received any item from them. I have chatted with their customer service regarding this and initially they accepted it and told me to wait for expected date but now they are saying that it has been delivered and they won’t refund my money. I tried to call on their customer care and the response was same
