Text of Complaint by Omar Raoof Bhat:

I am expecting an order from club factory which is being delivered by ecom express. The companies CIN number is u63000DL2012ptc241107.

Yesterday, on 29th I received a message stating that I would be receiving the package and the number of the delivery person was provided. I called up the delivery guy and requested him to attempt delivery after 3 PM as I would not be home. But he categorically rejected by stating that he does not work after 1pm. So, I requested him to get it delivered with someone but he rejected my request and eventually disconnected the call.

I called up the customer care of ecom and they said that they deliver until 8pm and he would reattempt. I narrated the whole story and requested for the escalation. The call was transferred to another colleague of same level and after being on hold for 30 minutes he disconnected the call and stated that he is not able to hear anything from myside.

I called the customer care today morning as well and they promised that I would be receiving the parcel tonight. Contrary to it I got a message at 07:06 pm stating that the delivery person is out for deliver and 07:07 pm I got a message that the order was undeliverable as the address was unlocatable, although it is complete. The awb number of the parcel is 8569629379.

I request you to take action against callous approach of ecom as they are wasting our time and also never attempt to deliver the product.
