I am writing to bring to your attention a consumer issue I have experienced with Zest Money, a financial service provider. I believe my concern is relevant to the protection of consumer rights and adherence to the regulations set forth by the Government of India.

I have valued their commitment to providing reliable services. Nevertheless, this delay in delivering a promised cashback has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration.
I respectfully request that the relevant authorities within the Government of India investigate this matter with due diligence and urgency to ensure that Zest Money fulfills its commitment to customers. Additionally, I would appreciate if the government authorities could request an explanation from Zest Money regarding the delay in disbursing the cashback, as it is essential for consumers like me to understand the reasons behind such occurrences.
If any additional information or documentation is required from my end to assist with this investigation, please do not hesitate to request it. My primary goal is to ensure the fair treatment of consumers and the maintenance of trust in financial service providers.
I am confident that your intervention will lead to a swift resolution of this matter and help protect the rights of consumers in India.
