dear sir/madam,
i have balance in my paytm wallet but due to non update of kyc i am unable to use my money. so i went to update my kyc to a registered paytm agent, the problem that i am facing is that while updating my kyc, i am not receiving sms or OTP from paytm for confirmation of my registered mobile no. even i tried calling customer care, but was unable to beacuse i am not receiving sms or otp to speak to your executive. please help
