I purchased an oneplus nord 3 on July, and I cancelled the order on 2nd August. Oneplus is not processing my refund till this day, everytime I call their customer service they tell me that my case has been escalated and someone will reach out to me that day. I called them over 10 times till now. Everytime same answer and they won’t even let me talk to their manager. They don’t reply to mails. This is a very horrible situation because the money is stuck and I had to pay the credit card company.
