Dear Team,
I have ordered Laptop Via Flipkart on 14th Jan still product not delivered.
I have few queries and immediate resolution for the same.
1) Why product was out for delivery at 9:43pm when it was next to impossible to deliver?
2) Why and how delivery guy rescheduled the delivery date without my consent?
3) Why delivery guy rescheduling the delivery without customer consent, repeating the same behaviour which occurred on 16th dec 2022 and finally product got cancelled ?
4) Why till now no fruitful action has been taken against such unprofessional behaviour from your end as same activity getting repeated?
Kindly provide the valid reason for above.
Note: I would like you to take this issue with utmost priority and deliver the product today itself by 4PM.
Evertime products gets out for delivery and automatically gets rescheduled without my permission. and after 3 times its gey cancelled.

We have recieved an Led with a breakage so have requested for replacement of the same however after co ordinating with the call center we were been informed that replacement cant be done however we will refund will be done but still till now my refund is pending and the request is been declined continually by the service provider kindly intervene into this matter and do the needful to the earliest
