Dear Sir

I had placed an order for bag on 31st August from an e-commerce website called Dmire.com. After 15 days, I have not received it yet. The status on the website says parcel shipped, that also 5 days back.

I went to the address mentioned on the website. There  was nothing to be found. Address is correct but It has no construction.  It is an empty plot.

Please look into the matter and get this resolved.
